Community Education - Rochester, Minnesota

Activities include basic tumbling and apparatus work, as well as social skill development. Students will work on more specific skills, spending more time on tumbling, balance beams, bars, and trampolines, etc. These classes are designed to break down skills to help the gymnast learn the correct form and progress at their own pace. Wear comfortable clothing, no jeans, dresses, or buckles.  Classes are held at J.E.T.S. Gym, 2440 Clare LN NE, Rochester.
